It is our very cost-effective machine with four production capacities, namely 5 tons per hour, 7.5 tons per hour, 10 tons per hour, and 20 tons per hour. It has two components: air separation system and vibration grading system.
The air separation system can effectively remove dust, leaves, chaff and other light impurities in the grain. The vibration grader can remove large and small impurities from the grain, and finally grades the cleaned grain according to size.
The primary method of seed cleaning is the air-screen separator. It uses a combination of air and screens to separate seed based on size, shape, and density.
These widely-use units come in a variety of models with two to eight vibrating screens. In all cases, the cleaning principles are the same. The grains are fed into the hopper where they are evenly distributed by a feed roller and transferred through a controlled gate on the top sieve. In the process the grains are subjected to primary aspiration by the use of air trunk which drains off chaff, straw, dust or deceased grains. Then the material is passed through sieve layer for separation according to their width and thickness. After the separation, the graded material is subjected to air sifter and aspiration chamber where remaining light particles are sucked off by a strong upward draught of air.
The graded material and the impurities are automatically discharged in separate chutes. These machines are suitable for efficient cleaning of beans, wheat, soya beans, sesame, corn, clove seeds and other grain-like materials. Gentle feeder and the belt guard provide efficient cleaning of grain without causing any damage to the particles. High in functionality, The shoes of the machine can easily be replaced for different type of cleaning. We are a manufacturer of machines. Our machines have our own brands and patents, and have obtained European CE certification, BV certification, and SGS certification.
Our machines are small and medium-sized machines, so our transportation methods are divided into two types, one is full container transportation and the other is LCL transportation. In the case of full container transportation, we usually do not pack wooden boxes. We will wrap the machine spare parts with materials to prevent collisions, place them reasonably in the container, and use strapping or iron wire to fix the machine and spare parts inside to prevent collisions.
Another type of LCL transportation, when putting the machine into the wooden box, we will also carefully wrap the machine spare parts to prevent collision. Then secure the machine with reinforcement measures.
Firstly, prepare raw material as steel plates, channel steel, pipes, and other sourcing accessories. Then plates will be cut by laser cutter, plasma cutter or plate shearer according to drawing.
Later on plates will be bent to shape, axis parts will be processed through lathing, milling, drill. Machine parts will be welded or bolted together.
When all parts are finish and main frame is ready, they will be paint/ coated. Next step is machine assembly and testing.
Machine passed quality control will be packaged and ready for delivery.
