Based on advanced German technology to achieve superior powder processing solutions.
CXM fine roller mill is a drying and roller grinding type system, featuring an ingenious use of an arc grinding path and a reasonable application of colliding, rolling, and grinding mechanisms. By integrating the grinding and classifying processes, qualified fine powder can be extracted in a timely manner while coarse powder continues to be re-ground, effectively preventing the material from being overground.
Working Principle
The roller mill is equipped with three layers of grinding rollers. When they rotate along with their supports, the material is thrown toward the grinding ring. The material positioned between the grinding rollers and the grinding ring is ground into powder. The size-reduced material then enters the classifying area on the top along with the rising airflow. Under the action of centrifugal force from the classifying wheel and the draught fan, the oversized powder is returned to be repulverized, and the qualified powder is collected by the cyclone and bag filter.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What materials are suitable for the CXM fine roller mill?
The mill is ideal for processing non-metallic minerals and materials with Mohs hardness below 8, including calcium carbonate, talc, kaolin, bentonite, gypsum, marble, barite, calcite, and activated carbon.
What is the working output fineness of the CXM roller mill?
The output particle size range is adjustable between 5 μm and 45 μm, controlled via the top classifying wheel system.
How does the mill avoid over-grinding materials?
By combining grinding and air classifying inside a closed-loop system, qualified fine particles are immediately extracted by the airflow, while heavier, oversized particles fall back down for re-grinding.
Do you provide material testing prior to purchase?
Yes, we have a fully equipped modern pilot plant that allows us to perform a 1:1 industrial trial run with your specific raw material, helping to determine exact technical configurations beforehand.
What after-sales technical support is included?
We offer complete installation guides, foundation layouts, commissioning support, operator training, and ongoing maintenance advice to ensure smooth operations.
