This machine uses strong air to suck up stuff like a giant vacuum cleaner! When air is pushed into the machine, it creates suction that pulls materials in through a hose. The material and air mix travel into a big container. Inside, a special filter catches the material, letting only clean air out. After a set time, the air stops, turning off the suction. A door at the bottom of the container pops open automatically, dropping the material into the next machine. At the same time, stored air blows backwards to clean the filter. Then, the air starts again, the suction comes back, the door closes, and the machine starts sucking up more material. This automatic cycle keeps repeating to feed material non-stop.

The R-series three-dimensional vibrating screening and filtering machine uses a dedicated vertical vibrating motor, and is optimized with American technology. It utilizes the vibrators (i.e., unbalanced weights) installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor. The screen changing process is simple and convenient, which can be completed by two people within five minutes. It has a unique anti-clogging device, ensuring that the mesh holes will never be blocked. It has a good sealing effect, preventing powder from flying. It is small in size and light in weight, not occupying much space, and can achieve the classification of materials in four specifications.
