First, check the device to see if it works normal (including that roll wheel stands must be fill with butter per shift, the sanitary conditions of frame and each guide and so on); after ensuring the normal condition of the equipment and safety operation, turn on the power supply; wait for the console touch screen to enter into the normal working screen, then open the oil pump. After the oil pump starts working, lubricating oil flows into the 2 high motive power frame. for a moment, through the transparent oil return pipe the lubricating oil can be seen to come out from the oil return hole of the motive power frame. At this time, open the rolling mill operation (as well as forward and reverse); and then open the emulsion pump, wait for emulsion to flow out from each cooling point of the 2 high frame and roll the copper rod; the rolling speed can not be too fast at the beginning of rolling copper rod, but it can be speed up to normal produce when copper rod comes out from rolling mill and penetrates into take-up machine and coil basket. after penetration take up and looping basket, can increase speed, turn into normal production. When finish, turn off the rolling mill (take-up machine), emulsion pump, oil pump, main power in order.
