ZDS-200 standard sieve shaker machine uses a vibrating motor as its vibration source. The vibration of the motor drives the vibration of the screen machine base, which is then transmitted through the base to the standard test screen placed on the unit.

Material particles smaller than the mesh of the test screen are screened into the lower test screen, leaving only the target particle size of the material in each corresponding layer. This achieves the separation of different granularities and determines the particle size composition of the material, successfully screening, classifying, and filtering the materials in the test stack.

It is widely used in the fields of food, chemical industry, abrasive, pigment, mine, metallurgy, geology, ceramics, national defense, and other industries. It is designed for inspection, screening, grading, and particle size analysis of materials such as solid, powder, and slurry materials, as well as the analysis of impurity content.

1. Vibration Amplitude: If the amplitude needs adjustment, the angle between the upper and lower excitation blocks of the motor can be adjusted to obtain different excitation forces (generally pre-configured).
2. Timing Adjustment: Adjust the time relay on the front panel as needed. The timing can be adjusted within a range of 0-99 minutes and 59 seconds.
3. Sieve Configuration: Stack the test screens from coarsest (top) to finest (bottom), finishing with the solid bottom receiver. Add the materials to the top layer.
4. Locking the Assembly: Place the stacked screens in the equipment and lock the top and side nuts. Ensure the side columns fall freely onto the screens before locking the side and top nuts securely.
5. Operation: Press the green button to start. The machine will auto-stop at the end of the duration, or you can manually stop it by pressing the red button.
