Use the magnetic separator removing the iron. The vibrating screen is mainly used to remove the bigger and smaller impurities, then the De-stoner is used to clean the size size stones.
Emery Roller Mill and Iron Roller Mill is used for peeling the maize. And Degerminator will be used to clean the germ out.
The Crusher will be used to break maize to small grits, and then enter to the Roller mill for further milling. The Plan-sifter is used to sift the fine enough flour out, and the bigger grits will enter the next roller mill for milling again. The final fineness of the flour can be adjusted according to clients' requirement.
Finally the final product will be packed to bag by human or auto packing machine.
