This is the high configuration 100-120t/24h maize milling complete line. Features: Automatic roller mill + Plansifter + Automatic weighing and packing system + PLC Touch screen control system. Running in Zimbabwe, producing high-quality maize flour for human consumption and maize bran for animal feed.
We also offer the double sifter type maize corn flour milling machine featuring Automatic roller mill + double section sifter + Automatic weighing and packing system + PLC Touch screen control. Customized designs are provided to match clients' requests, such as incorporating extra flour bins to store maize meal during night shifts, eliminating the need for night shift workers.
The processing flow goes from cleaning to degerminating, milling, sifting, and finally packing. High efficiency stoner removes stones, followed by moisture damping using a stainless steel bi-directional screw. The degerminator uses advanced peeling technology, and the milling section sifts the output into super white flour, fine meal, bran, and germ as requested. Auto-weighing scales manage packing.
This 200T Wheat flour milling machine is designed for long-term operations. It features an Automatic roller mill + double section sifter + Automatic weighing and packing system + PLC Touch screen control. Extra flour bins can be designed for night storage to reduce night shift labor costs.
