It's a complete plant from cleaning to milling to packing.
Cleaning Part: To clean out the middle and small impurities from raw grain such as dust, sand, stone, magnetic material, poorly diseased wheat kernels and so on. It includes hitting, sieving, stones removal, magnetic materials separating and dampening. It is good for the next part.
Milling Part: After finishing cleaning, wheat falls into the milling machine. At first, extract much of the scratch, particles, and dunst with good quality from wheat, graded them according to particles' size and quality then flowing into the purifier. At the same time, the scratch system separates the hull and endosperm. That can get pure particles and dunst, then make into top grade flour by the reduction system. For the second grade particles and endosperm will mill by the relevant reduction system to get bran flour. The milling flow can be divided into different systems: Break system, Scratch system, Purifier system, Reduction system, Air transportation system, and packing system.
Packing Part: The packing system function is weighing and sewing.
Final Production Capabilities: This wheat flour mill machine can produce different size wheat flour, semolina, and bran, suitable for bread, biscuits, cakes, etc.
Vibrating sieve is a sifting machine with high speed. When the sieve body is driven by two sides vibrating motors, wheat flows into the first sieve surface through the feeding entrance, and large impurities on the upper sieve are discharged to the hopper. Another material comes into the second sieve surface for continual sifting. On this surface, the wheat and small impurities are separated from each other. Finally, lighter impurities are discharged by the suction pipes. This machine features high capacity without jamming.
Although most impurities are removed by the vibrating sieve, the beating brusher further cleans the grain by removing dust, wheat hairs, insect eggs, etc. Using high-speed rotating metal plates to beat the wheat inside, the friction separates impurities from the wheat husk. Mud, cinder, and worm-eaten wheat smaller than wheat are crashed and removed by the sieves and blowers.
According to the difference in gravity between wheat and stones, the destoner utilizes air dynamics and sieve movement to classify the raw material. The wheat and stones move in different directions on the sieve, effectively separating stones from the wheat.
