Circular Rotary Vibrating Screen is a high-precision screening machine, constructed with food-grade stainless steel (material-contact parts) and carbon steel. Featuring low noise (<60dB), high efficiency and consistent vibration stability, it allows quick screen replacement within 2-5 minutes and adopts a fully enclosed structure to prevent dust leakage.
The rotary vibrating screen is installed an vertical vibration motor as the excitation source, and eccentric weights are installed both on the upper and lower ends of the motor, converting the motor's rotary motion into a three-dimensional movement—horizontal, vertical and inclined—which is then transmitted to the screen surface. By adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower eccentric weights, the trajectory of materials on the screen surface can be modified.
