1. Cleaning Part

Includes magnetic separator, vibrating screen, and destoner machine. It can remove large impurities such as metal, straw, and stones, as well as mud, awns, dust, insect eggs, and other impurities adhering to corn grains, thus obtaining clean corn grains.

2. Peeling and Flour Milling Part

Use a wheat washing machine or a wheat dampening machine to make the wheat wet and cleaning, and then enter the dampening storage bin, waiting for next processing.

Mill the grain to break the integrity. Adding appropriate amounts of water or steam to the cleaned corn softens its bran and germ. Friction and pressure effectively remove the corn's outer layer (bran). Through squeezing, impact, and grinding, the corn kernels are broken, separating the endosperm (which will become corn grits and flour) from the germ and bran. The degermed mixture (containing large/medium/small corn grits, coarse flour, germ, and bran) is initially graded according to particle size. The graded material is then further purified to obtain a high-purity finished product. Mill by the roller moving, to separate the flour, bran and other by-product, also separate large size and small size to ensure flour quality.
