Standard Test Sieves utilize a vibrating motor to drive the oscillation of the upper vibrating tray, which then transmits the vibration to the sieve frames placed on top. The material particles smaller than the mesh size of each sieve pass through to the lower frame, enabling layer-by-layer screening. As a result, each Test Sieve retains only particles of the same size, achieving precise separation of different particle sizes and determining the material's particle size distribution. This process ensures highly effective filtration, classification, and particle size segregation of the material within the sieve frames.
