    Remove all kinds of impurities using a maize cleaner, destoner, magnetic separator, etc.

    Moisten the maize and allow it to temper in the conditioning silos for 0.5 to 2 hours. This makes the surface of the maize loose and easy to peel.

    Degerminating System
    Crush the maize and separate the germ and bran using a germ selector to obtain large-sized, highly pure maize grits.

    Mill the pure maize grits into high-quality small-sized grits or flour, depending on market demand (adjustable settings based on production requirements).
