  • Function: To remove stones from continuous granular grain flow by density.
  • Application: Free-flowing grains and seeds.
  • Capacity: 1~22 t/h (based on wheat).

The TQSF gravity grader & destoner is widely used to remove stones by density. Heavy impurities such as glass and metal can be removed efficiently due to the difference in density. Light impurities like grass seeds, slag, soil, and dust can be effectively extracted via air cleaning systems.

Working Principle

The material falls into the drip baffler in the feed box through the feed inlet, and the material is evenly covered throughout the width of the screen due to machine vibration. The upper sieve surface is automatically stratified according to the specific gravity and particle size of the material under the combined action of vibration and air flow. The light mass becomes the material on the upper sieve surface which is discharged out of the machine by the tail. Lighter hull, dust and other light impurities are drawn away by the suction vent.

Larger density of the material and the sandstone, clay pieces fall on the lower sieve surface. Because of the vibration and different density, the heavy material flows towards the tail of the sieve; Sand and stone and mud are discharged to the head of the sieve. Gravel and granule will be directly discharged out of the machine.
