The FQFD series powder cleaner is a new product that digests the most advanced technology in the world. It is developed and produced through computer optimization and finalization. The combined action of sieving and airflow is used to select, purify and purify wheat residue, coarse wheat heart, fine wheat heart and coarse flour, so that the materials can be classified according to different qualities and particle sizes, and the bran crumbs are removed, thereby improving the quality of the materials, flour quality and flour extraction rate.

Purifier is designed for separating pure endosperm granular from its mixture. It comprises two independent sieve-decks, each with three ranges of double superimposed sieves. The two sieve-decks are supported by four rubber spring bushes on a steel frame and vibrated by two vibration motor which installed at the end of the machine. Independent aspiration is connected on the top of the machine.

The mixture flows into sieve decks and is classified by the interaction of vibration and suction while it's flowing to the end of the machine. The materials then are separated to pure endosperm semolina, endosperm with barn fraction, pure bran fraction and then are sent to different next passage.

• Adopting the brusher (or rubber ball cleaners) to clean the screen surface, and the cleaning effect is good.

• Both the total air volume and each air chamber can be adjusted, which can effectively control the aspiration volume of each air chamber.
• The vibrating system can be balanced by the synchronous vibration of the sieve body, the material separating device and the conveying trough.
• The feeding system has reliable balance device, which can ensure the balance when the material enters the screening process.
• Both the overtails and throughs have adjusting device, which can conveniently control the material flow direction according to the process requirements.
• It adopts excellent design, and has the features of reasonable structure, effective dustproof measures, and low failure rate. And it is convenient to inspect, maintain and adjust.
