Standard Configuration: Stone diameter of 100 cm (upper plate thickness: 24 cm, lower plate thickness: 22 cm). Built with a stainless steel splice plate and base packaging to ensure safety, high hygiene standards, and excellent aesthetics.

Low-Speed Grinding & Nutrition Retention

Operating at a low speed (35 revolutions per minute) and low processing temperatures, this stone mill prevents the destruction of wheat nutrients. It maximizes the retention of natural protein, gluten, carotene, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, and vitamins B1 and B2. Remarkably, the carotene and vitamin E content in this stone-ground flour is 18 times higher than that of conventional mechanical flours.

The low-abrasive grinding process maintains the raw molecular structure of the flour without requiring any additives. During cooking, the soup color of pure stone-ground flour retains a natural yellowish hue, whereas flours treated with additives produce a stark white soup.
