Complete Wheat & Maize Flour Manufacturing Process

Single wheat or corn milling machines can be used independently or paired with complementary auxiliary equipment in commercial flour processing plants. If you plan to start a commercial milling business, configuring the proper milling line technology and process flow is essential.

⚙️ Wheat Flour Milling Process Flow

Cleaning Section
Employs advanced cleaning technology, including sieving, threshing, de-mixing, sifting, wetting, magnetic selection, wheat brushing, and wind selection. This covers raw grain cleaning and net grain conditioning to ensure wheat feed quality and a clean working environment.
Flour Milling Section
Employs specialized technology for bran milling, core milling, slag milling, tail milling, and purifying. This configuration yields high accuracy and maximum flour extraction rates.

⚙️ Corn / Maize Flour Milling Process Flow

General Flow: Sieving → destoning → peeling → crushing → grinding → sieving & cleaning → packing

  • Conveying & Stones Elimination: Under high-pressure fan power, maize is conveyed into the combined sieving and stoning machine where large/small impurities and stones are removed.
  • Peeling: Maize is fed into the peeling machine to remove dirt, dust, and outer skin layers.
  • Crushing: Grains enter the crusher and are broken down into large particles to prepare for milling.
  • Grinding: Maize particles are elevated and fed into the stock bin of the maize milling machine.
  • Sifting: Grinded flour is sifted. Ground material meeting the output requirements is directed to packing, while larger particles are returned to the stock bin for secondary grinding.
  • Packing: Final product packaging.
The overall production process covers cleaning, purifying, de-stoning, de-husking, de-branning, grinding, crushing, roller milling, sifting, and sieving. Subsequent steps involve moisture conditioning, bran separation, flour blending, and packing. Built from durable materials such as high carbon steel, our plants can be set up in multi-floor, horizontal, or mixed configurations to fit your site requirements.

Our grain processing machinery features a rugged fluted disc structure. High-speed rotation of the moving and fixed plates within the chamber grinds grain seeds into fine powder. Operation is smooth, stable, and simple. It functions reliably as a wheat mill, maize grinder, rice mill, or cassava processor. Output materials are discharged directly from the grinding chamber, and users can adjust output sizing by changing the mesh sieve plates.

Flour Mill Production Line Options: Acquire an advanced wheat machine, maize grinding mill, or corn flour line for small mill setups. A typical line configuration includes a grinding mill or roller mill, cleaning machine, peeling and splitting machine, threshing machine, flour machine, sifting or screening machine, packaging machine, and flour silos.
