Made of high-strength carbon steel with a powder-coated surface (materials can be customized), it is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperatures and dust, and has a long service life. Integrated sealing design using leak-proof sealing technology.

Automatic control using a solenoid valve is employed. The water inlet pipe connects to the municipal water supply pipe via a φ12 pagoda connector, achieving intelligent and precise water level control.

Liquid Level System
Equipped with three liquid level electrodes (low, medium, and high), with a sensitivity ≤ ±1mm, it monitors the water level in the tank in real time and provides feedback signals. A new automatic low-liquid-level alarm function is added to ensure operational safety.

The sewage discharge tank is equipped with a liquid level observation window, allowing for direct monitoring of sediment accumulation and facilitating scheduled sewage discharge without frequent opening of the cover for inspection. The sewage discharge port uses a φ25 pagoda connector design for convenient connection.

A separate sewage discharge tank is standard, equipped with a limit switch. The equipment can only start operating when the sewage discharge tank reaches the limit switch; the sewage discharge process is simple and efficient.
Filtration System Diagram
Filtration System

The system adopts a two-stage purification structure of "impact dust collection + demisting and dehydration": the first stage captures large dust particles through water droplets and water curtains generated by airflow impacting water bodies; the second stage uses a demister to efficiently separate water vapor from the gas (demister efficiency ≥98%). It has a significant effect on capturing 5-10μm dust particles and has stable purification performance.
