Product Introduction
Rotary screen is a brief name of rotary vibrating screen. The rotary vibrating screen is a kind high-precision fine powder screening machine with low noise and high efficiency. Working Principle
The rotary vibration screen is excited by the unbalanced eccentric weights at the both ends of the vertical vibration motor shaft, or by the eccentric weights at the both ends of the vibrator carried by the ordinary motor. Due to the rotation of the drive motor, the vibrating part of the screen machine moves in three dimensions in the horizontal, vertical and inclined directions. By adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower weights, the movement track of the material on the screen surface can be changed to meet the best screening effect of various specific gravity materials. Adjusting the counterweight blocks of the upper and lower weights can achieve different excitation forces, so as to achieve better screening weight of materials with different specific gravity and different mesh numbers.
